Education is one of the most important sectors in Kenya that is run by the government through the ministry of education.
The government is in charge of planning the academic calendar for all primary and secondary schools in Kenya. They do this special task through the ministry of education which is headed by the minister in charge of education.
As per the current school calendar, all primary and secondary schools in Kenya are supposed to close on date 25 this month of November.
All schools are therefore supposed to close on this date so as to pave way to the form fours who will do their KCSE exams as from date one in December.
For the primary schools, the KCPE exams will begin on date 28 November to date one December.
All parents should now be expecting their children who are not sitting for the KCPE And KCSE exams to go home at data 25 this month.
Those sitting for KCPE will close at date one December while those doing KCSE close at date 23 December
