News just in is that another top school is on fire as students try to scamper for safety with rescue operations underway.
This comes amidst rising school fires with the recent being Maranda High School and St Mary High with a section of students reportedly being sent home as the Ministry of Education tries to come up with amicable solutions to ensure the safety of students, particularly in boarding schools.
With most of the school fires allegedly contributed by the congested academic calendar with students protesting over the tight schedule which was undertaken to ensure everything comes back to normal, students are continually encouraged to adhere to the small changes until normalcy resumes.
According to reports, the fire incident is being witnessed at Wajir Girls High School in Wajir County with students running for safety as rescue operations are underway to save lives and extinguish the fire.
The cause of the fire is not yet known with students urged not to take matters into their hands when critical issues arise.
