A number of schools will represent Kenya in the East Africa secondary school games under regional championship this week in Arusha, Tanzania.
Wiyeta Girls head coach Edgar Manyara is optimistic about winning his sixth East Africa Secondary secondary school games regional championship.
Dagoretti was defeated by wiyeta Mixed 4-1 in post-match penalties following a scoreless draw in regulation time to win their 10th national championship in Nakuru.
For school games in this week, the team will compete for the regional championship, and he emphasized the importance of making roster adjustments to strengthen the squad.
The Ministry informed the Kenyan representatives that the regional school games will begin this week between Thursday and Friday.
