Education can be defined as the total process of developing human abilities and behaviours, the government of Kenya has also stressed on the importance of education to all young Kenyans by allocating the largest portion of the annual budget to the ministry of education to aid free primary education and also cater for teachers salary and other staff members.

Currently primary and secondary schools are ongoing with the third term activities of 2021 after disruption of normal school calender by Covid19, following a new calender structured and released by the ministry of education.

 

 

Primary and secondary schools are set to close for 2021 end year holiday on 5th March 2022. The holliday will give a conducive environment for class eight and form four candidates who will be sitting for KCPE and KCSE respectively next month.

After the termination of the national examinations, the schools will reopen on 24th April 2022 for commencement of 2022 academic calendar as shown in the full school calendar below for 2022 and 2023.
