The Ministry of education has released the schools’ calendar, saying that all learners from pre-primary, primary, and secondary levels will report for schools on 10th January 2022.
Releasing the calendar at Kololo, The Minister of Education, and Janet Kataha Museveni says that the first term shall operate for fourteen weeks from Monday, 10th of January 2022 until Friday, 15th of April 2022 followed by a holiday of three weeks.
She says that the second term opens for fourteen weeks from Monday, 09th May 2022 until Friday, 19th of August 2022 followed by a holiday of three weeks.
The examination dates for the December 2021 examinations are as follows:
(a) Wednesday, 15 December 2021 and Thursday, 16 December 2021.
Certificate in Accounting and Management Skills (CAMS) – Levels I and II
Accounting Technicians Diploma (ATD) Levels I, II and III
(b) Wednesday, 15 December 2021 to Friday, 17 December 2021.
Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Parts I, II and III
Certified Secretaries (CS) Parts I, II and III
Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (CIFA) Parts I, II and III
Certified Credit Professionals (CCP) Parts I, II and III
Note: Candidates are advised to make early arrangements, including seeking permission from the employers where applicable, to ensure that they sit for the examinations.
