T- Pay refers to a mobile application from Bank that allows customers to carry out financial and non-financial transactions using mobile phones and tablets.

As a teacher, Your access to T-Pay will be denied if :
a)You provide incorrect identification information.
b) You alter any downloaded or printed information, forging of payslips to enhance once ability so that you acquire financial assistance from third parties.
c) The third party institution (Sacco, Bank etc.) are requested to make any adjustment or stop a transaction to facilitate e.g a buy-off and the same is not actioned within 3 working days.
d) The third party institution are found in possession of users/teachers User Name and or Password or are found requesting users/teachers for their User Name and or Password.
e) if as a user or institution engages in any activity that may compromise the integrity of the system or impair its functionality.
f) As a user you do not access your account for a duration of three months.
2. User Rights
TSC reserves the right to deny or revoke access to the system where justified.
3) Liability
a) Teachers Service Commission will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential and punitive damages.
b) All the Users are solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that may result from the downloading of any material.
