Burning of schools has been on the rise in the country with the Ministry of Education unsure of what to do to contain these incidents that threaten to spew out of control.
These fires have seen dozens of schools razed down with the government doing its best to contain the situation by arresting some students in some cases.
Earlier on this morning, it had been reported that a boys national school in the county of Tharaka Nithi bad burnt down in a night fire incident.
This morning, it’s reported that boys from the school have walked out voluntarily after burning four dormitories last night at the school.
The incident which has shocked many Kenyans has seen students just walk out of school as they head home days to closure of schools.
The Ministry of Education has placed the 23rd of December as the official closing date of the schools.
No one was injured in the dormitories that burnt last night in the prestigious National School in Tharaka Nithi County
