On Thursday morning, 200 additional early-year learning instructors received employment letters from the County Government of Nyandarua, increasing the total number of teachers employed on permanent and pension terms to 581.
When the new work program was introduced in May, the first batch of 381 instructors received their letters, bringing the teacher-to-student ratio down from 1:60 to 1:40.
