Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has dropped another crucial message pertaining road map for the recruitment process of teachers and teachers interns.
Report shared indicates that the sub county directors will be expected to invite only shortlisted candidates for the verification of documents. Only qualified candidates will be shortlisted for interviews.
Further report indicates that the invitations will be through a short messaging services.
Therefore the message shall include the interview date, venue and time. Then the verification of documents shall be conducted at least seven days from the day of invitation.
According to the report in a circular by TSC on Wednesday, December 14, publishing of the lists of shortlisted candidates will be commence on December 30, 2022. County recruitment process will take place as from Tuesday 3rd January 2023 until Thursday 12th 2023.
If invited for an interview, applicant will be required to present original documents and clear photocopies of their national identity card, certificate of registration as a teacher, Diploma or degree certificate and official transcripts and KCPE and KCSE certificates or their equivalent, including certificate for attempts if one re-sat exams.
